Transferred to Metamesia by J. Razowski & M. Krüger (2007: 107). Had been synonymized with Teras capensana Walker, 1863 by E. Meyrick (1908: 723), but retrieved from synonymy by J. Razowski & M. Krüger (2007: 107) (see also L. Aarvik 2019: 321).
