Taxonomic note:

Had been synonymized with Surina hypsoides Walker, 1869 by C. Aurivillius (1892: 191). The picture in Holland (1893; pl. 20, fig. 1, as Panglima gloriosa Butler), is a misidentification of Surina hypsoides Walker, 1869 (A. Legrain i.l. 2015).
