Taxonomic note:

A junior subjective synonym of Drepanoptera boolana Strand, 1909; synonymized by P.-C. Rougeot (1955: 92). The neallotype ♂, described by Ph. Darge (1994b: 342), EMEM, was later designated as the holotype of Epiphora styrax Darge, 1994 (see Ph. Darge 1994c: 501).
