| Taxon remarks: | Type species: Cerostoma brevipalpella Chrétien, 1900. Bulletin de la Société entomologique de France 1900: 90. By monotypy. Phrealcia was established to denote a subgenus of Cerostoma Latreille, 1802. Later on, it was included in the Yponomeutidae by Fletcher, 1929, in the Plutellinae by Leraut, 1980, and finally in the Ypsolophidae by Kyrki, 1990 (Nota lepidopterologica 13: 37). |
