Taxonomic note:

Transferred from Gracillariidae to Glyphipterigidae by W. De Prins & J. De Prins (2005: 389). L. Vári (in 1978) put a label under the holotype: "Euprophantis formosella (Legrand, 1965) — Glyphipterigidae", but did not publish this new combination.
