Oriental: India; Palaearctic: Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Palestine. The occurrence of this species in the Arabian Peninsula and on the African continent needs confirmation; the specimens are probably not conspecific with the holotype described from India (A. Legrain i.l. 01.ix.2018).
