Taxonomic note:

A junior subjective synonym of Scythris rivigera Meyrick, 1911; synonymized by B. Bengtsson (2014: 105); on p. 106 he records the data on the "holotype" [sic] as "Pretoria, 28.10.12, A. J. T. Janse", "Type no. 405", and "Genitalia on slide TMSA 16086".
