Taxonomic note:

Transferred to Fomoria by A. Diškus & R. Puplesis (2003: 385). One ♂ paratype is misidentified and belongs to Ectoedemia commiphorella Scoble, 1978; the other ♂ syntypes and 3♀ syntypes from the original syntype series belong to other species (Scoble 1983: 37).
