Transferred to Iangaigheria by M. Kemal & Koçak (2004: 14) by proposing a replacement name for Joannisia Balinsky, 1994; and to Neojoannisia by G. Leraut (2019c: 100), an unnecessary replacement name for Joannisia Balinsky, 1994. A junior subjective synonym of Nephopteryx [sic] emussitatella Ragonot, 1893; synonymised by G. Leraut (2026b: 8–9).
