Australasian: Australia, Bora Bora, Fiji, French Polynesia (Society Isnaldns), Hawaii, Marquesas, New Hebrides, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tonga; Oriental: Andamans, India, New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka; Palaearctic: China, Egypt, Korea, Siberia. The species living in the Nearctic and Neotropical region is Amyna stricta (Walker, 1858) (see J. D. Lafontaine & B. C. Schmidt 2015: 138).
